To him photography is not only a career. It is his greatest passion or as he says – the soul of his life. Meet fashion photographer Reji Bhaskar from Kochi. Reji tells us more about the way he flirts with the camera.
An avid traveler, Reji entered the world of photography as a child. His father was a photographer and owned a studio in Aleppey. “Although I had begun my career as a professional photographer 20 years ago, I have been part of the fashion industry for about 10 years,” explained Reji Bhaskar.
According to Reji Bhaskar, apart from camera skills, fashion photography requires one to be highly creative and good with fashion.
One of Reji's most memorable works include shooting the Jos Alukkas, starring Tamil film actor Vijay. “It was a great experience, as I got a chance to work with Vijay. He is such a wonderful person to work with and a great human being. Vijay taught me simple lessons of life - simplicity and being gentle,” Reji said.

Reji Bhaskar is a notable name in the field of fashion photography as well as wedding photography. There will be hardly any actor in Mollywood who his camera has not captured.
He has earlier worked as an official trainer for Cannon and has made around 13 lenses for Nikon.
He has been a witness to the transition of photography from black & white to colour and its journey from there to digital photography.
Through his talent and innovative methods, he has made a mark in the field of advertising photography. Advertising photography includes many elements such as product photography, landscape, architect, fashion and food photography.
